Terms of service
Effective date: 20/12/2024.
These terms outline the agreement between you ("the client") and Fabiana Pereira Hotz regarding coaching, personal, and professional development services provided through this website or via direct engagement.
Services Offered
Fabiana Pereira Hotz provides individual coaching, strategic advisory, leadership integration sessions, and cohort-based experiences (such as the Columbia Leadership Pilot). These services are designed for professional and personal development and are not therapeutic or medical in nature.
If you are participating in a structured program, additional terms may apply and will be shared directly.
Session Terms
Individual sessions are booked via Calendly and confirmed upon payment.
Retainer clients and pilot participants may have alternate booking instructions, agreed upon in writing.
All services are confidential and conducted in good faith.
Fabiana Pereira Hotz reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if the relationship is not aligned or appropriate.
Payments & Billing
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are currently processed in EUR through Stripe. Clients outside the Eurozone are responsible for any exchange or card fees.
For organizational clients or structured programs, alternate billing arrangements may be agreed upon separately.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged in full.
No-shows are considered confirmed and non-refundable.
Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All session content is confidential and will not be shared without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Any materials or frameworks shared remain the intellectual property of Fabiana Pereira Hotz and may not be reused, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging in this work, you agree to:
Show up with honesty, respect, and a commitment to your own growth.
Take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Understand that coaching and advisory work is collaborative, but the results depend on your engagement and application.
Data & Privacy
This site is GDPR-compliant. Your personal data will only be used for the purposes of delivering services, communicating with you, and processing payments.
