To me, leadership advisory isn’t about delivering answers. It is really about shifting the game.
After more than two decades advising senior leaders through growth, transformation, and high-stakes decisions, I now work privately with CEOs and executives who want more than performance.
They want integration with their core sense of meaning, a new type of flexible gravitas. And they want it fast, without compromising what they achieved.
This is why the work is agile, designed to surface and support what is most vital in each phase. Results compound. The journey moves towards a new level of fulfillment, both in outcomes and in the experience of leading well.
I personally understand why alignment with intentionality and broader interpersonal sustainability matters now perhaps more than ever. We are building powerful machines, but still want the right dimensions of humanity as a legacy to our children and beyond.
I am a mother of two, Ava and Mia, who help keep me on the deeper side of honest, ever challenging the ready-made answers.

Credentials & Groundwork
I studied for a Ph.D. in Communications and Geopolitics, an MA in Cultural Studies and an MBA in Marketing and Advanced Analytics.
Over the past two decades, I’ve led multi-million-dollar growth initiatives as a senior executive and consultant, with leadership roles at Deloitte, Accenture, and across the financial services, retail, and tech sectors.
I’ve also served on the board of the Canadian Pharmacists Association, advising on digital transformation and financial strategy, and currently serve on the board of the Jewish Community Center in Valencia, Spain.
My advisory and coaching practice is also informed by training in Executive & Organizational Coaching at Columbia University, where I was taught to work through the 3P Model — Purpose, Presence, and Possibility. My practice remains under Columbia supervision. This integrative framework shapes the way I support leaders: not just helping them gain clarity, but by expanding their capacity to lead from within with strategic coherence and personal depth.
